I am sharing this post because it is rare for companies to achieve both objective fulfillment and complete customer satisfaction. I recently witnessed Espinosa Concrete Inc., located in Miami, Florida, working in our neighborhood. Throughout the project, I was impressed by the workers’ exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They efficiently demolished the existing paver driveway, utilizing a truck to transport the debris. Once the demolition was complete, they compacted the ground and commenced setting the 2x4s for the concrete pour. The following day, the mixer arrived, and the concrete pouring commenced. The following day, the retaining 2x4s were removed, and artificial grass was installed. Notably, I observed that water was consistently sprayed over the concrete to facilitate curing. A few weeks later, after witnessing the finished work, I contacted Ylin, the owner of the company, to request specific modifications. He promptly drafted a contract and commenced the work as planned. Today, the project was completed, and no cleanup efforts were required. We are thoroughly satisfied with the entire process, from the initial consultation to the final completion. The professionalism of the team, the quality of the work, and the adherence to the contract timeframe were exceptional. The project cost was within the industry standard and even below the average for Miami. The project was scheduled to be completed in five days, and it was executed flawlessly.

Yo no conocía a la empresa del Sr Espinosa, la vi en internete y les llamé por teléfono. Enseguida respondieron y vino personalmente a ver el trabajo, me pregunto algunas cuestiones y muy prolijamente hizo el estimado y me lo entregó por escrito. Debo decir que ha sido una acertada decisión contratarlos. Siempre ha sido puntual, me dio una fecha para el trabajo y comenzó el dia anterior, se ha ajustado al contrato y respeto el precio. Luego necesite hacer un pequeño arreglo en el travertino y el Sr Espinosa inmediatamente me respondió que no me preocupara porque su trabajo tenía garantía , al otro dia por la mañana una persona vino para hacerlo.
