I never expected to have to write a review like this, but I feel it is important to share my story. I hired this company to install my driveway, and initially everything went very well. Their communication was excellent, they were professional, and the project was completed efficiently. Unfortunately, problems became apparent shortly after the installation. The driveway dried with significant discoloration (blotchy and patchy; pictures attached for your reference). I contacted them one month after installation and I was reassured that this was normal and simply part of the concrete curing process. I trusted their expertise and continued to wait patiently. After about 5 months of patiently waiting with no improvement, I became increasingly concerned because several neighboring homes had recently installed similar driveways and their concrete had cured evenly as expected. I reached out again and they finally admitted something was wrong and they proposed doing an acid wash. Unfortunately, rather than resolving the issue, the acid wash changed the driveway from a patchy gray appearance to a noticeable YELLOW discoloration. The company admitted they had never encountered this result before. They then proposed performing a second acid wash. At that point, I expressed my concern that repeated attempts without a clear understanding of the underlying issue might not solve the problem. I politely explained that if the second treatment was unsuccessful, we would need to discuss more substantial corrective action, potentially including redoing the driveway altogether. It was at this point that the company’s position changed dramatically. I was informed that they were NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISCOLORATION. Communication then largely stopped. I responded to their message, but never received a reply. The proposed second acid wash was never performed, and the company ceased all follow-up efforts and communication. As a result, I am left with a severely discolored yellow driveway and no resolution. While my experience started very positively, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer support once a significant problem arose.

Our driveway is the most beautiful on our block! Working with Artistic Stamp Concrete was an absolute pleasure. Every step towards our project completion was smooth and professional. It's a family owned business and I can't say enough about the husband and wife team's (Damaris and Alex) utter professionalism from start to finish. They guided us along the way, and provided us with valuable suggestions and ideas. The work was completed over the Holidays and the quality was excellent - we now have a spacious and beautiful new driveway for us and our guests. The lines of communication with Damaris were always open and she was quite gracious answering our questions and keeping us informed (VERY IMPORTANT) My wife and I would never hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellen work! Family business! From the moment you talk on the phone with Alex Jr. for the preliminary quote, then You meet Damaris (Mom) to sign the contract. And when the work begins, you will meet Alex Sr. and the crew. They're all great people and very responsible. They will listen to you and understand what you want. They will do everything possible.to meet your requirements. Great follow up with the permits and inspections. Great quality of work and attention to details. Last but not least, best price out there. They were the best out of four companies I spoke to. Without a doubt 5+ stars.
