From the quote process to the completion, all was done professionally. The team that installed the piers did a great job not tearing up my sod. Tory and Christopher did a great job injecting the polyurethane and were very clear on what to expect when they walked in the door. They came in, got the job done and cleaned up behind themselves. Also, Ked did an exceptional job setting the expectations and communicating throughout the whole process. My only recommendation is for Alpha to get a dispatcher or a secretary to communicate with the clients.
