If you're considering Aleman Concrete—don't. As a Marine Corps veteran, I value professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Unfortunately, this company embodies none of those things. I hired Mr. Aleman because he showed up with his family, which I foolishly took as a sign of character. I was wrong. Not only did he fail to meet the terms of our contract, but he also disappeared the moment the checks cleared. The permitting process—which I paid extra for—was a complete fiasco. His business was clearly unqualified to manage it, outsourcing the job and dragging it out from May 2024 to January 2025, with multiple rejections along the way. The work was finally done in February 2025, and by March my newly poured driveway was already cracking. When I tried contacting him, I was met with radio silence. Calls and texts went unanswered—until I had a co-worker call from a fake number, which Mr. Aleman answered instantly. Then came the ridiculous excuse that he no longer understands English. Convenient, considering communication was never an issue before. He promised to fix the problem after finishing another job, but months have passed and no one—not him, not his wife—has made any effort to follow through. I've filed complaints with the BBB (#23331376) and FDACS (#2506-00108), both of which have been ignored. This company is a joke. They don’t honor contracts. They dodge accountability. And they treat clients like they're disposable. If you're looking for quality work backed by honesty, look elsewhere.
Drive way cracked less than a month after job completion. Ignored calls and never came back to fix cracks. Horrible communication after they received payment. Do not recommend!!
Aleman Concrete is a SCAM! I tried contacting you regarding the concrete work completed at my property. As per our agreement, the work was to be completed with high-quality materials and workmanship. However, I have observed significant cracking in the newly laid concrete, which is unacceptable for such a recent installation. I have attempted to reach you multiple times without response. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill your contractual obligations is deeply concerning. I am requesting that the defective areas be addressed and repaired immediately.
Mi experiencia no fue buena para nada la yerba me crece en los lados de la sintética pero en grandes cantidades que pena ponerte un mal review pero mi dinero no me lo regalan como para regalarlo así en un trabajo tan costoso y súper mal hecho 🤬.
